A client listens to music while sensors placed on the scalp read his/her brainwaves (EEG). When the EEG notes signs of habitual stress, the music is paused ever so briefly, bringing the hidden stress to the brain’s attention. As the brain notices this momentary change, it recognizes there is no need for stress, relaxes, and the music resumes. This occurs repeatedly and so swiftly as to be unnoticed consciously. This all occurs while the client is coloring, reading or even napping! The benefits are gentle and subtle. The result is a more calm and focused mind and life.
